Sweet Inspiration

Yeti Embroidery

The fantastical world Megan Whitmarsh makes me so envious of the imagination of others. Who knew Yeti’s wore snow boots, shot rainbow laser prisims from their hands and played boomboxes so others could breakdance? Awesome. Not only are they considerate, but super cool. Heh, it’s these kinds of applications of craft that makes me want to take up some home economics.

  1. I absolutely adore her work! I think I want to have her showcase in The Shiny Squirrel. Nice post as well! The yellow pieces is awesome!

  4. Love these snaps of her work so much! They remind me of these great illustrations [though can't remember name of the artist..] which were in an issue of Amelia’s Magazine once.

Have you ever read that magazine? It’s British, but I think you can get hold of it in the states, anyway its great, I recommend it!
