Great Expectations
Yesterday, beloved blogger Jessica of Shiny Squirrel launched her online boutique. Shiny Squirrel has a variety of cool bits and pieces of fashion, art, and home decor… I must say that it’s really cool to see one of us bring our dreams to fruition.
I particularly like the printed matter she has on her site, for instance this print on a book jacket by Olivia Jeffries titled Expectations…. “‘When I create I aim to project the vulnerability of love, precariousness of life and inevitability of death in whatever I may produce. I hope that anyone who observes a piece of my work will find within it equal parts beauty and sadness.”
