With the fashion industry moving online, bloggers are finding ways to establish themselves, by opening online boutiques like Shiny Squirrel, of blogs for analog boutiques like In Lieu (who also has an online store). Yesterday the L Report’s Indie Coterie launched, and I was pleased to see the work of Diana Bobar of So FASH’on and Naik Fur. Of course there were lots of other great indie wears, and I’m tickled pink by this evolution in the bloggoshpere.

muah!
I agree that this is a terrific idea; it allows many people to market themselves through word-of-mouth networking that is already the signature of the blogging phenomenon.
what do you mean suzanna? how do they relate? does my new store mean i know have word of mouth marketing…that would be great, but im confused on how so
Hello!
I’m new at the blogosphere
My blog isn’t about fashion, but I’m trying to find my style, so I would be very grateful if you could help me, leaving a comment to my outfits.
Thanks a lot.
My url is http://searchingtheinnerme.blogspot.com/
This is a great post - I didn’t know that there were already online shops run by power fashion bloggers! It will be interesting to see how these individuals (including you letitia
continue to build presence through their respective blogs and how closely the blog and the shop’s identities are tied together.
there seems to be a problem with Letitia’s site. i tried to email directly and with the form, and neither works.
can someone let her know? would love to get in contact with her.
wow thanks so much mko! i hope to satisfy your curiosities
and sandra, what problem do you speak of…everything is ok with my site, thanks for wanting to warn me though!
That’s totally fantastic! I know Diana from her first blogging steps. It’s so interessting to see people grow with the things they are doing…
i know! i think that’s what’s so amazing, it seeing people use blogging as a place to start growing, it’s very inspiring.
yes i think this is all true..but do keep in mine, at least for me, the blog is not the stepping stone for my new boutique..i have many projects i plan to launch during this decade lol..the blog just happened to be one of them! i think other people might be the same you know, they start a blog BECAUSE they have a collection..but more true to what you are saying Jennine is our good friend Jessica of Shiny Squirrel who found herself in a position to do something great with her talent of art discovery! but me, well i planned this online store since i was like 10 lol…much more to come!!
