Today’s Attire : Sunny winter day

Ok, this is a cliché sunny California winter day, gorgeous, sunny, a crispness to the air, but not really cold. I realized my sunglasses were either broken, scratched, or too dark for winter, so I got a new pair at Painted Bird. I think they are vintage dead stock, and it’s nice because in the winter you can wear sunglasses that are a bit more playful because it’s not as bright.

This morning, I woke up late, didn’t have time take a shower and properly dress, and since it’s the weekend, I just wore simple black, my American Apparel turtle neck dress (a dress I could live in) and my boyfriends Fillipa K jacket. We spent the afternoon walking around the Mission District where there are tons of beautifully painted buildings, and of course, it’s where all the beautifully hip people are too… a good place to get inspiration.
