Today's attire
Today’s Attire : Sense and Violets
I wish I could say that my style is dictated by some great cause… but the reality of dressing breaks down to to points:
1. the weather
2. what’s clean
The rest falls into the “luxury column” of visual style. Hopefully the laundry gets done, sometimes it’s not… but I’m finding a couple of things really essential to my winter wardrobe, like all the sudden everything is cotton jersey? How did that happen? But the real core of my attire revolves around cotton turtleneck dresses, tights, boots, and that wide belt. Everything else gets added on top.
Right now I’m getting ready for spring by layering more cheery floral dresses. Particularly for days like todays which downpour one moment, and shine the next…
It’s just enough to keep me hopeful.
