Today’s Attire: Floral Details

It’s beginning to feel like summer. The long warm days and the beautiful trees really inspire me to wear florals… It’s been hard, to tell the truth to wear florals comfortably without feeling too much like a country lady, I don’t quite have the magnetic force of Anouk in her floral dress that inspires me so. Mixing floral patterns in with other textures like my brown striped scarf I seem to be wearing almost daily recently… oh dear…

In other news… I have to say, I LOVE the flea markets here. They are so much fun… I found this lovely handbag, that’s big enough to fit my laptop.. it’s huge. It has a bit of an acid wash look to it, with painted flowers… I’m just smitten.

  9. As always, you look chic and lovely! I’m thrilled that florals are so ubiquitous- they make me feel innocent. When I was 13 or 13 I had this lovely pink and cream cabbage rose pattern drop-waist with short puffed sleeves. God I loved that dress.
