Fringes, ribbons, knitted ruffles, tie front blouses… oh my. It’s like my wildest fantasies come true. Ok, so I may have strange fantasies, but 25-year-old, Greek born, London designer Ioannis Dimitrousis certainly can put a collection together mixing my fancies. I particularly like the woven ribbons they are so pretty and yep, they are pretty. The fringes are driving me mad, as there are fringes basically everywhere this summer except in my own wardrobe. Hmm… this is going to have to change.
Here is Ioannis Dimitrousis AW08/09 collection, click on the image if you would like to get a closer look:

Gorgeous! I love the woven corset and dress, the colors, the fringe… Pretty much everything. The makeup is a nice touch too.
Oh I love how whimsical this collection is! Thanks for sharing!
Yum! The woven ribbons are so striking and beautiful; I especially love them on the pant pockets. And the asymmetrical leather/ribbon belt! If only I had a small and slight waistline to wear it.
That last outfit is like… perfect. I would love to wear that to an artsy office setting.
I’m gutted I missed his show but I’m loving this collection!
