Walking around the city at night is one of my favorite things. The lights, the quiet sidewalks, the lack of store keepers staring at you for taking pictures of their merchandise without asking permission. Heh… I detest asking for permission. The other night we were walking down Maxmillianstrasse in Munich where all the big designers set up shop. Rarely do I even go into one of these Valentino or Jil Sanders, though I should, regardless of whether or not I can afford it right?
Petal Pusher
So… now that fall is settling in, florals are no longer part of the trend equation? Well, I don’t know, as the flower and female personae have gone hand in hand for as long as the human race can remember. Looking at these two pieces first by Valentino, check out the cuffs… it’s sculptural genius and Jil Sander does a similar thing in a more clean, modern way with the collar mimicking a budding tweed rose. These petals are just gorgeous, and personally I’d like to move the Valentino blouse over to the Jil Sander tweed coat. I know it’s over the top, but I’d swoon over it anyway.

Love! Oh man, that suit is to die for.
That tweed coat is outstanding!!!!
That Jil Sander coat is amazing *___* Probably costs more than a year of University though.
beautiful Jil Sander coat, sculptural like you said. i hate when shops don’t let you take pictures.
omg i am also so in love with that jill sander suit. wow. wow. and i love the night photos. i am a fan of artificial lighting but maybe that is obvious.
Oooh beautiful stuff. I also love walking in the city at night. There’s so much contrast and romance!
Reading your post made me visualize the window shopping scene , that Jil Sander coat is TDF ! beautiful and striking, im sure any woman owning it would carry those characteristics too !
those are both so lovely and sculptural.
the valentino tuxedo ensemble is amazing. i want it for myself. i also like the new valentino bags with the flower design
i might be wrong, but i have the impression that Jil Sander is not that expensive. when I walked past Jil Sander on Maximilianstraße, I saw you could get gents’ shoes for about 500 euros, which is not that expensive IMO, given the fact that it’s high fashion material. so maybe Jil Sander is “cheap” and this lovely coat won’t be too expensive? Maybe 2000 euros at most? don’t get me wrong, 2000 euros for a piece of clothing is ridiculuous, but then it’s Jil Sander we are talking about.
blows me away! must learn how to do that!!!!
OMG! I love this! Absolutely sexy and cute at the same time!!!
