Lovely Grey

by jennine on February 27, 2009

So, here I am on the last leg of my trip… Paris…yes, again. I’m very lucky to have the chance to go twice in one month! The last month has been crazy, and I’ve put together some good outfits, but without a tripod or a person to take photos, it was difficult. Luckily, Rocky joined me for this trip so he could be my photographer. Yesterday, I did some stuff with Modepass, and today was the first day off in a while. Rocky and I walked around the city and visited galleries.

Here I pretty much have my standard outfit as of late. A grey jacket and the grey scarf which seems to be permanently attached to my neck. The comfy oxfords (remember no travelling without sensible shoes!) my favorite Minnie Wilde dress… and the SwanDiamondRose bag which can carry all my worldy posessions. It’s a nice and simple outfit, the oddly enough the neutrals making it less ordinary, and I have a feeling this color scheme will last through spring.

Jennine, WHERE did you get that delicious-looking scarf? Maybe you’ve told us already, sorry if I’m behind in my readings …

Just yesterday I had a long conversation about the magnificence of gray! I *love* your scarf, and you’re right, somehow beiges and browns really work with gray in an unexpected way. :)

Paris is a grey city, the sky is grey, the walls are grey, the Seine is grey, everybody’s outfits are grey… but I love it !
