Wendy Brandes Sample Sale

Just in case you have nothing to do this weekend… not to say dong nothing isn’t awesome, because I LOVE doing nothing. There are some amazing not-to miss events going on this weekend! First off… if you are in New York, go down to the Wendy Brandes sample sale at BoConcept, her friend and amazing designer Zang Toi will also be showing off his gorgeous wares, but if you haven’t 1. met Wendy in person or 2. seen her jewelry in person, you’re really missing out because 1. she’s absolutely darling and 2. her jewelry has a luscious almost edible quality that doesn’t translate so much in the pictures, the photos are great, but her jewelry in real life is amazing.

If you can’t make it to NYC… no worries, she says on her blog, that she’ll give sample sale prices on the Wendy Brandes website throughout the sample sale

Rachel Zoe styles Theory at Saks

I’ll be the first to admit, I did not like Rachel Zoe at all for the longest time. Until I was stuck on a plane, and the only thing to watch was the Rachel Zoe Project, and that’s when I warmed to her, much to my own surprise. So here we got a holiday dressing party with Rachel Zoe styled Theory clothes, people who spend $350 or more get a free Theory headband.

Fashion Focus Chicago

There is a lot of  events going on in Chicago this weekend for Fashion Focus. I’ll be going to Dress Code and GenArt, but there are so many more events, runway shows, shopping events to check out, see Chicago Fashion Resource for a full listing.
