This Week on Elle

by jennine on March 29, 2010

Ah, finally, someone came out with a book about women who can make decisions about men in dating. Undateable: 311 Things Guy Do That Guarantee They Won’t Be Dating or Having Sex kind of seems to be the antidote of He’s just not that into you… because I remember when I was dating, a good majority of the time, it was like… maybe I’m just not into you. This week on Elle, a cute interview with authors Ellen Rakieten and Anne Coyle talk about men… my favorite quote, about baldness, Ed Harris is ok, ‘Just don’t look like Benjamin Franklin.’ Pure gold.

I saw that bit on the “Undateable” book. I wish they’d consulted me: I once went on a blind date and the minute I got a look at the guy’s toenails, it was off. It was a total “Seinfeld” moment for me, and I felt completely superficial about it, but the toenails roached my buzz, and that was that.
