Maybe it was the red buses, listening to the Beatles, or maybe it was Amy Winehouse’s beehive and eyeliner coming to haunt me. Or maybe it was my love for pencil skirts and preppy attire bubbling up again. Last week while still in London, I put it all together. The Mod look. Red pencil skirt with cable knit cardigan, flats and gussied up my best bouffant possible with absolutely no practice or expertise. This is probably the look I come back to the most, as it’s crisp, clean and sensical, it’s also easy to update with colors, and of course a neon yellow collar. It’s the perfect way to make the 60′s so now.
